Within the framework of Scientifica, the festival open your eyes was presented for the first time. The festival is dedicated to the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals and will transform the streets, gardens and squares of Zurich into a picture city from 8 September to 15 October 2023. The public space will become the setting for a synthesis of the arts, designed by scientists from ETH Zurich and some of the world’s most important photographers.
The exhibition „Code of the Universe“ on the Polyterrasse of ETH Zürich is dedicated to the Future Circular Collider, which will be in operation 150 to 400 metres underground in Geneva from 2040 onwards, in order to push the boundaries of research even further.
This exhibition is assigned to SDG 4: Quality Education.
